Whilst some features can be adopted by the mainstream many features would not even get past planning here in the UK. Payback time for the current cost outlay also does not make it attractive for most people only diehard greenies(with plenty of money) Lets hope some of this tech does filter down. Whilst I applaud any designs that cut energy usage and generate their own renewable I do despair at these designers practicality.
